Candidate data (including CVs, notes and application details): typically up to 2 years from the date of last meaningful contact. This period may be extended where there is ongoing recruitment engagement or a legitimate interest in supporting future opportunities, unless deletion is requested.

Client and supplier contact data: for the duration of the business relationship plus up to 2 years.

We review retained data periodically. Data may be deleted earlier where it is no longer required or upon request, subject to legal obligations.
